Private Parties

We will be transforming THE BROOM CLOSET during the month of July and it will no longer be available for private events. THE TAPROOM will be available.  In lieu of charging a fee to rent the Taproom we charge a minimum bar tab. That can consist of beer, wine, cider, seltzer, N/A options and food. We always allow outside food in but we do not allow any outside beverages, including to-go cups and water bottles. Minimums change based on the day of the week and time of the event.  

PRICING OPTIONS

Hosted Bar Open Bar Tab  Guests can enjoy a variety of beverages without having to pay individually. The host will cover the total cost of the bar tab at the end of the event. 

Cash Bar Guest Pays  Guests will pay for their own drinks individually and will be responsible for their own bar tab at the end of the event. 

Ticket System Host tab with ticket redemption  Host distributes drink tickets to guests. Guests redeem tickets for beverages without personal payment. Host will be responsible for redemption tab. Guests can purchase additional beverages after they use up their ticket(s). 

Regardless of which option is chosen, the host is responsible for paying the difference between actual sales and agreed upon minimum, in the event the minimum is not met.
